Matrix-Data Solutions Acquires Rhetorik Limited

Matrix-Data Solutions, the leading customer and business intelligence solutions provider to the financial services sector, successfully completed the acquisition of Rhetorik Limited today.

Established for more than 20 years, Matrix-Data Solutions provides a wide range of information solutions to the financial services and fund management sectors. By integrating its own market data sources with third party and client data it provides clients with the precise channel and customer intelligence that they require for sales and marketing activities.

Rhetorik provides market data via its NetFinder product combined with research services and works exclusively in the IT sector. The company has established a strong customer base over the last 15 years, supplying most of the major IT and communications manufacturers in the UK and mainland Europe.

Ian Beaumont, Managing Director of Matrix-Data commented, "Rhetorik has shown strong growth in recent years and established itself as the best for ICT prospect data. Matrix-Data has developed data integration and insight solutions for some of the largest financial institutions in the UK.
