The Matrix-Data Single Intermediary View (SIV): Do you have too many disparate intermediary data sources? If the answer is yes, you are not alone!
We have found that many of our product provider clients have exactly the same problem, with data sources often including internal marketing and transactional data, 3rd party data, such as the FSA, Touchstone and IFA Promotions, as well as our own Matrix Financial Intermediary Database.
Internal client systems are often expensive, cumbersome, restricting and complicated and, as a result, are more likely to be out of date and less effective than they could be. Sounding all too familiar?
Over the years, Matrix has become extremely accustomed to these issues and has seen data from pretty much every source. The Matrix 4 step approach to achieving a single
intermediary view.
Step 1 – Intermediary Data Integration
Firstly we will clean, match and integrate your company and contact information from various sources to obtain a universe of active intermediaries. Sources could include:
- Client Internal Contact Data (CRM data and transactional data, survey data etc); Touchstone Data;
- Matrix Financial Intermediary Data; and
- Any Additional 3rd party data.
Step 2 – Creation of the Single Intermediary View
Once the data is clean and the sources are matched together, we create a database model that fits your exact requirements. The information will be loaded and hosted at your offices and mirrored at ours. This is the central repository into which all updates and new data sources are fed and provides the basis for your Single Intermediary View.
Step 3 - The Single Intermediary View and your CRM
The Matrix SIV will link seamlessly to CRM systems including Goldmine, Salesforce, SalesLogix as well as our own cutting-edge intuitive analysis software Matrix FastStats. We recommend that updates are run on either a monthly or quarterly cycle to ensure consistency between the SIV, your CRM, and other systems.
Step 4: Data Analysis
Data can be exported from Matrix FastStats with any number of key variables in order to carry out managerial reports, communications, survey campaigns and prospect mailings.
Matrix FastStats will empower your sales and marketing department and remove the reliance on your IT department for customer intelligence and critical marketing information. It also greatly enhances the reporting and analytical capabilities of your existing CRM application.
The results of any marketing campaigns and sale initiatives can be fed back into the SIV.
